I'm a digital development leader and hands-on engineer with more than 16 years of experience building, improving, and maintaining digital platforms.
I’ve built custom functionality, worked through complex migrations, and modernized platforms that have been in use for years. I assess what’s feasible, learn unfamiliar technologies when needed, and develop solutions that fit the team’s resources and the project’s long-term needs.
As Digital Development Director at Greenhouse Partners, I led development efforts across a diverse range of clients, technologies, and technical challenges.
Working with small teams and limited resources meant taking responsibility for more than implementation. I evaluated technical feasibility, developed solutions, guided development, and balanced project requirements with available resources, budgets, and deadlines.
Much of my work has involved projects without straightforward solutions. Finding the right approach often meant learning something new, questioning assumptions, and developing custom solutions to meet the challenge.
